2. Services Offered

RK Packers and Movers Ajmer offers packing, moving, loading, unloading, transportation, storage, vehicle relocation, and related logistics services across Ajmer, Rajasthan, and pan India.

3. Booking & Payment

• All bookings must be confirmed in writing (email or WhatsApp) or via our official contact form.

• Payment terms vary by service type (part-load, full-load, storage, etc.).

• 50% advance is usually required for booking confirmation, and the balance must be paid before delivery or unloading.

• We accept payments via UPI, Bank Transfer, Cash, or Cheque (subject to realization).

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled move.

• In case of cancellation after dispatch of the vehicle, cancellation charges or partial deductions may apply.

• Refunds (if any) will be processed within 7 working days.

5. Client Responsibilities

• The client must declare the accurate value and type of goods.

• The client is responsible for keeping personal valuables (jewelry, documents, etc.) with them.

• Items not packed by our team are transported at the client’s risk.

• The client must ensure proper access to loading/unloading points (stairs, lifts, parking).

6. Transit & Delivery

• Estimated delivery timelines will be provided but may vary due to weather, traffic, or route conditions.

• In case of delay caused by unforeseen events (strikes, accidents, natural calamities), RK Packers and Movers shall not be held liable.

• We are not responsible for damages to goods packed by the customer themselves.

7. Insurance

• We recommend availing transit insurance for high-value or delicate items.

• Insurance, if opted, is arranged through third-party insurers. Any claims must be made with supporting documents and are subject to insurer approval.

• RK Packers and Movers acts only as a facilitator and is not liable for claim acceptance/rejection.

8. Storage/Warehousing

• Goods stored in our warehouse are subject to monthly rental and service charges.

• Advance payment is mandatory for storage services.

• RK Packers and Movers will not be liable for damage caused by natural disasters, pests, or customer negligence if insurance is not opted.

9. Limitation of Liability

• RK Packers and Movers shall not be held responsible for:

  • Delays due to external factors.

  • Loss/damage of undeclared goods.

  • Any indirect or consequential loss.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, images, logos, design) is the property of RK Packers and Movers Ajmer and protected by applicable copyright laws. Reproduction or misuse is strictly prohibited.

11. Dispute Resolution

In case of any dispute, the matter shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Ajmer, Rajasthan courts only.
